Liquid Bulk Carriers

Linings are applied to the interior of liquid bulk carriers for corrosion and chemical protection, as well as to maintain product purity. We can apply various types of linings to liquid bulk carriers, such as:

• Rubber linings (soft natural rubber, chlorobutyl)
• Arbosol^® (for concentrated sodium hypochlorite)
• Baked phenolics, epoxies and other liquid-applied linings
• Fluoropolymers (Kynar^® and Halar^®)

We are D.O.T.-approved to perform lining and internal visual inspections and to re-certify liquid bulk carriers in accordance with 49 C.F.R. 180.407(f) and 180.407(e) (CT no. 5752). We can perform these inspections, as well as any resulting repairs, at your facility or at our shop in Doylestown, PA.
